The Bacon Brothers are an American rock band formed in 1995 by brothers Michael and Kevin Bacon. The band has released six studio albums and has toured extensively throughout the United States. While their music is not as well-known as that of their more famous siblings, the Bacon Brothers are a critically acclaimed act with a large and devoted fan base.

The Bacon Brothers are an American musical duo consisting of brothers Michael Bacon and Kevin Bacon. The duo’s music spans multiple genres, including folk, rock, country, and bluegrass. The brothers have been making music together since 1984 and have released nine studio albums to date.

Michael Bacon is the older brother and is a singer-songwriter, composer, and actor. He has composed film scores for movies such as Mystic River and Apollo 13. Kevin Bacon is the younger brother and is also an actor, best known for his roles in Footloose, A Few Good Men, and Mystic River.

The duo has won several awards throughout their career, including the Satellite Award for Best Original Song (“For My Wedding”) and an Emmy Award for Outstanding Music Direction (“Hometown Heroes”).

The Bacon Brothers have been nominated for various awards throughout their career, including the Satellite Award for Best Original Song (“For My Wedding”) and an Emmy Award for Outstanding Music Direction (“Hometown Heroes”).

So far, they have won two ASCAP Film and Television Music Awards for “For My Wedding” and “The Way It Is”.

In 2019, they were awarded a Hollywood Music in Media Award for Best Americana Song (“Shaky Ground”).
