1. Is it possible to add a concert to your listing?
We are unable to add concerts manually to our website at this time. We are working on it.
2. Is it possible to inquire about artist booking?
Country&Me is not an Artist Booker or Booking Agent. We just collect information about upcoming concerts from sites like Ticketmaster, Livenation, Vivid Seats, and many others.
3. I purchased tickets and can’t find them?
You need to check on which site you bought your tickets (it could be Ticketmaster, Livenation, etc.). And on this site (in your account) you can find your tickets. Also, check the spam folder.
4. How do I get a refund for a concert ticket?
To get a refund on your tickets, you need to go to the website where you bought the tickets. Check the name of the ticket provider on your ticket (in your email). It could be Ticketmaster.com, Livenation.com, Vividseats.com, Stubhub.com, etc. And on that site, in your account, you will be able to request a refund, if available.
5. How can I check the status of my concert?
To check the status of your concert, please check your ticket (in your email) to see who the final vendor is. And on this site (in your account) you can find information about the status of your concert.
